Your responsibilities

• Preparing, updating, and developing financial models, statements, forecasts, and reports as requested and in formats specified by the Company’s management.
• Participating in the evaluation process of potential investments, including preparing financial models, calculations, and other supporting documents.
• Creating and developing internal tools and databases used for assessing potential investments and supporting decision-making.
• Preparing documentation required for the acquisition of new investments, including evaluation, due diligence, approval, and purchase processes.
• Maintaining communication with brokers, company advisors, business partners, and other Hines teams regarding assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Ongoing collection, analysis, and assessment of data and information on the market and economic environment, economic conditions, trends, and changes.
• Monitoring project budgets during the investment process, constant control and analysis of financial information below the budget level, and reporting to management.
• Preparing management reports (especially quarterly reports) as required and in formats specified by the Company’s management.
• Preparing reports and presentations for Company management, as requested and in required formats.

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• University degree.
• Openness and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Good work organization.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, including advanced MS Excel.
• Fluent English – mandatory requirement.
• Teamwork skills.
