Your responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across a cross-functional team,
• Make architectural and design decisions,
• Lead development of scalable backend and frontend features,
• Review code, mentor developers, plan and improve sprint delivery,
• Ensure code quality, testing coverage, and maintainability.

Our requirements

• 8+ years of Java development experience, including 2+ years as a tech lead,
• Deep understanding of Java (11+), Spring Boot, Microservices architecture,
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript,
• Experience designing and evolving system architecture,
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions),
• Unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito, Cypress),
• SQL/NoSQL (MySQL, MongoDB),
• Team management and code review skills,
• English: fluent communication (B2+).

Optional

• Cloud services: AWS (S3, EC2, RDS),
• Experience modernizing legacy systems,
• Previous work in regulated industries (life sciences, pharma),
• Secure coding and GxP knowledge.
