Your responsibilities

  • Identify and Secure New Business: Proactively seek, develop, and win high-value opportunities across Air, Ocean, and Rail logistics services.
  • Strategic Account Management: Manage client portfolios in line with budget and forecast goals, ensuring long-term growth and satisfaction.
  • Revenue Optimization: Maximize commercial potential through effective client database management and competitive, tailored quotations.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, lasting client relationships through personalized logistics solutions and outstanding service delivery.
  • Operational Integration: Ensure smooth onboarding of new business into operational workflows, collaborating closely with internal teams.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitors to maintain strategic positioning and adapt offerings accordingly.
  • Sales Performance & Representation: Achieve quarterly sales targets and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Our requirements

  • Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain. Operational background is a plus.
  • Commercial & Negotiation Skills: Strong commercial acumen with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Education & Language Proficiency: Higher education in finance, accounting, or related fields. Fluent English (B2/C1 level) in both written and spoken form.
  • Proactive & Goal-Oriented Attitude: Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset to address challenges effectively.
  • Mobility & Availability: Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes. Valid category B driving license required.
  • Professionalism & Core Values: Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment to company standards and values: honesty, respect, courtesy, support, and engagement.
