Your responsibilities

• Monitor and track the production process, ensuring adherence to established timelines and quality standards.
• Develop, update, and maintain production schedules in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Prepare and distribute regular project reports, including progress updates, deviations, and forecasts.
• Collect, analyze, and present data related to production performance and project metrics.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including files, records, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to gather necessary information for reporting and scheduling.
• Assist in the identification of potential issues and bottlenecks in the production process and propose solutions.
• Perform general administrative duties as required to support the project management team.

Our requirements

• Proven experience in a project administration (1+ year) or similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clear and concise reporting.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and report generation.

Optional

• Familiarity with Odoo and monday.com is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with production processes and scheduling methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in the marine industry is appreciated but not essential.
