About the project

• As a Release Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that new releases to our client technology platforms and applications are planned and executed efficiently, with the highest quality for customers and operations, and in compliance with common standards.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinating, planning and maintaining the release roadmap for one or more applications
• Planning and coordinating the release and deployment of multiple parallel releases
• Leading release decision meetings to secure stakeholder approval for each release milestone
• Increasing release quality and efficiency by integrating new techniques, automation capabilities, and DevOps ways of working to release orchestration

Our requirements

• IT project management and planning skills proven by 7 years of experience
• Previous experience from release or deployment management activities, preferably from the banking sector
• Experience working with incident, problem and change management tools and processes under the ITIL framework, preferably on Nordea’s side
• Confident working with Project Management tools - Jira, Confluence
• Basic understanding of DevOps ways of working
• Residing in Poland required
