About the project

  • We are looking for a Product Owner experienced in omnichannel marketing technologies, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product leaders, global and local GTMC teams, and agile delivery teams to enhance the adoption and efficiency of campaign solutions. This is a role requiring a strong technical and agile background, along with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Your responsibilities

  • Support business areas in creating and optimizing omnichannel journeys (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, etc.)
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the Product Backlog for the COE Campaign POD team
  • Translate features into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and ensure sprint goals are met
  • Coordinate delivery and validate the readiness of features for deployment
  • Drive adoption of tools by ensuring proper training and documentation are in place
  • Manage technical debt reduction initiatives and contribute to platform integrity and security
  • Collaborate with other product owners and cross-functional teams to align on strategy and timelines
  • Track and report KPIs, risks, issues, decisions, and changes in scope related to product delivery
  • Support global and local marketing teams by providing guidance on platform capabilities, metrics interpretation, and best practices

Our requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with 3+ years strictly in the Product Management or similar role with a focus on digital technologies
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Content Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages)
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Communities)
  • Familiarity with database technologies and data modeling for customer journeys
  • Background in agile methodologies (Scrum), including backlog management and sprint planning
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), comfortable working in multinational teams
  • Fluent Polish required
  • Residing in Poland required

  • Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Platform App Builder, etc.
