Your responsibilities

• Providing exceptional services to clients in the field of immigration in Poland through comprehensive handling of immigration cases, including, among others, the following activities:
• collecting relevant documents from foreigners and their employers,
• verifying the documents of foreigners,
• preparing and submitting applications to the relevant authorities,
• correspondence with authorities, including district labor offices and provincial offices,
• responding to requests from authorities,
• monitoring deadlines and the status of cases pending before authorities,
• informing clients about the status of pending proceedings.

Our requirements

• Our essential requirements:
• min. 3 years of proven experience in immigration field in Poland, with particular emphasis on obtaining permits for foreigners (permanent and temporary residency permits, including Blue Cards, work permits etc.),
• very good theoretical and practical knowledge of administrative procedures related to immigration matters,
• experience in using public portals such as InPol, MOS etc.
• very good knowledge of Polish and English,
• excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• proactive attitude and a “can-do” approach,
• very good planning and organization of own work,
• ability to work in a dynamically changing work environment with high-volume, complex caseload and ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining the highest standards of service,
• ability to multitask and prioritize,
• attention to detail.
