• • Leading the Team: Organizing the work of the team, delegating tasks and overseeing progress. Ensuring effective communication within the team.
• • Team Development: Supporting the development of team members' skills, providing training and mentoring. Strive to increase the team's competence in the area of debt collection.
• • Planning and Monitoring: Develop collection strategies and action plans. Monitoring progress, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies.
• • Reporting: Prepare reports on collection performance, team effectiveness and other key performance indicators.
• • Compliance: Ensure that all team activities comply with the organization's laws and policies, especially in the context of debt collection.
• • Cooperation with Other Departments: Working closely with other departments in the organization, such as the finance department or the customer management area.

Our requirements

• Is an analytical thinker with numeracy (good Excel skills) and problem-solving skills.

• Has experience in portfolio management and demonstrates a strong understanding of end-to-end processes, ensuring alignment across functions and seamless execution.
