Your responsibilities

• Act as an EHS expert for our Gliwice site with a strong focus on health & safety topics.
• Implement global EHS policies and drive local improvements.
• Support Seveso III compliance and onboarding processes.
• Lead site-wide EHS training and emergency response planning.
• Conduct risk assessments and EHS audits (ISO 9001, Seveso).
• Investigate incidents using root cause analysis.
• Maintain EHS documentation and promote a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with leadership to align EHS strategy with company goals.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety/EHS, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Several years of experience in a multinational, matrixed environment.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Background in manufacturing, production, distribution, or the chemical industry.
• Solid knowledge of Polish & EU health and safety legislation.
• Preferred: understanding of environmental regulations, process safety, ATEX, and fire safety knowledge.
