Your responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the maintenance team, building a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for production equipment and facilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with machines and infrastructure
  • Ensure compliance with Machine Directive, Health & Safety and environmental regulations
  • Drive improvements in maintenance processes and efficiency using TPM tools and KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, MTTF)
  • Manage the spare parts warehouse and optimize inventory
  • Assess new equipment and support the development of automated assembly solutions to boost capacity, quality, and cost-effectiveness
  • Prepare and manage the maintenance budget

Our requirements

  • Technical education in mechanics, automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar
  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a production company, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and maintain production machinery
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and environmental standards
  • Experience with PLC programming or National Instruments software (an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a multidisciplinary team
  • Energetic, results-driven, and committed to quality and on-time delivery
