Your responsibilities

• Identifying and evaluating locations for new wind farm projects.
• Coordinating the land acquisition process (lease agreements).
• Conducting environmental analyses and cooperating with technical and environmental advisors.
• Supervising the process of obtaining administrative decisions (including WZ, DŚU, PnB).
• Cooperating with local authorities, landowners, service providers and other stakeholders.
• Managing the schedule, budget and project risk.
• Preparing projects for the construction or sale stage.

Employer requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing renewable energy projects (wind projects preferred).
• Knowledge of Polish law related to investments in renewable energy.
• Ability to negotiate and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Independence, good work organisation, resistance to stress.
• Willingness to travel on business.
• Fluent English.
