Project description:

This time, Spyrosoft is looking for a specialist to join our Staff Augmentation Team (SAM).

In this role, you’ll have a daily contact with various clients. You’ll help clients with finding perfect candidates and help candidates with joining interesting projects, where they’ll expand their knowledge and experience.

You can work from home or from one of our offices (Wrocław or Cracow).

Main responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with both current and potential clients in the area of software development services.

• Managing Staff Augmentation projects, including coordinating candidate searches for client requests, supporting employees involved in projects, and overseeing ongoing project operations.

• Assisting in finding suitable projects for available IT specialists within the company.

• Gathering and managing client information using CRM tools.

• Conducting financial negotiations and drafting contract terms.
