Solutions and Business Development Manager - Health

About the role:

The main objective of the position is to design and manage solutions meeting specific clients’ needs and to drive sales of advanced CX services and technologies on international markets in Health. In the role you will be the key manager responsible for business development and designing custom solutions for vertical clients by using your unique sector know-how. As a Solutions and Business Development Manager, you must have an outgoing personality as well as an exceptional commitment to actively build the company’s presence on multiple markets. You should also be the leading expert on health industry-specific CX and BPO solutions for Axendi clients and internally. We are searching for a business partner for our clients and internal vertical leader.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement new services, solutions and offer dedicated for Health vertical (healthcare, medtech, specialized day care)

  • Own, develop and manage P&L growth within the veritcal

  • Develop international business and sales focused on health vertical

  • Generate new business opportunities through active acquisition of leads and identification of client needs

  • Own, develop and manage pipeline within the health veritcal

  • Work closely with other departments in order to customise offers

  • Deep know-how supporting company growth in healthcare and medtech advanced industry expertise – content leader for vertical

  • Supervise formal, financial and legal aspects of cooperation with foreign and Polish clients

  • Report results regularly, both qualitatively and quantitatively

  • Stay up to date on vertical know-how, trends and best practices, share knowledge within the company

  • Coordinate implementation of new projects and manage proper business development

  • Represent company at sales meetings and business conferences worldwide

Our requirements for the role include:

  • 3-years+ work experience in a manager position in healthcare / patientcare / medtech business with international coverage : inhouse operational patient service or specialized healthcare outsourcing services provider or medtech company

  • Fluency in oral and written English (C1/C2) and Polish (C1/C2)

  • Knowledge of other language at C1/C2 level is nice to have

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and/or advisory especially in the field of compliance solutions and/or new technologies in a health industry

  • Degree qualified

  • Fluency in MS Office

  • Ability to partner vertical clients as a value-creating advisor

  • Pro-active, results-oriented, quality-oriented

  • Maturity and high business awareness

  • High level of autonomy and self-discipline
