Our requirements

  • +2 years of experience in similar position
  • Fluent knowledge of German (C1 level) and knowledge of English (min. B1)
  • Analytical approach to solving problems
  • Developed communication and customer service skills
  • General IT understanding
  • Familiarity with Windows systems and troubleshooting, dealing with various IT Systems
  • Experience in working with ticketing system
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, Skype for Business

Your responsibilities

  • Handling requests logged by users
  • Diagnosing and resolving software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and applications
  • Creating and updating operational manuals and documentation
  • Contacting with German-speaking customers
