Our requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including hands-on experience with LLMs and NLP solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Python and libraries like Langchain, Streamlit, and ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle, efficiency metrics, and deployment practices.
• Experience with RAG and fine-tuning large language models.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Polish.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI applications, such as conversational search tools, multimodal agents, or classification systems.
• Build data and language processing pipelines using Langchain and cloud-native services.
• Implement knowledge-retrieval systems, leveraging Qdrant, Elasticsearch, or MS AI Search.
• Optimize AI/ML models, including fine-tuning LLMs and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, ensuring solutions meet business objectives.
