Our requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Java development (Fintech industry experience is a plus),
• Experience in clean REST API design,
• Deep knowledge of Java and the Spring framework,
• Knowledge of SQL,
• Strong problem-solving skills,
• Very good level of English,
• Knowledge of architectural design patterns,
• Hands-on experience with DDD (Domain-Driven Design) or hexagonal architecture is a plus,
• Experience in decoupling monolithic applications is a plus,
• Hands-on experience as a Technical Leader is a plus.

Your responsibilities

• Acting as a senior developer within the team, with leadership experience,
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new things in a professional manner,
• Supporting business stakeholders and product owners on technical aspects of requests and delivery,
• Explaining technical concepts in simple terms to product owners and business stakeholders,
• Embedding innovation into daily routines,
• Verifying that approaches are aligned with architecture and approved (new components/processes),
• Participating in daily work with developers,
• Having deep knowledge of business processes and requirements,
• Working closely with the Java Competence Lead and other Tech Leads to improve and optimize processes,
• Promoting operational excellence,
• Performing some administrative tasks with team members,
• Conducting technical interviews.
