Our requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, including at least a few months in IT Continuity, Resilience, or GRC tooling.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms, especially in designing workflows, business rules, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage), virtualization, cloud services, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) for documentation and stakeholder communication.

Optional

• Methodological Skills: Ability to work autonomously, improve assessment methodologies, and anticipate stakeholder needs.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to present complex technical and functional information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and active participation in Agile ceremonies (e.g., UAT, story reviews).
• Training & Support: Experience in creating training materials, facilitating user adoption, and managing functional support channels.

Your responsibilities

• Functional Specifications – Draft specifications for new and enhanced IT Continuity modules in ServiceNow, define layouts, rules, and workflows, and validate technical feasibility with product owners and developers.
• Development & Integration – Participate in Agile ceremonies, track development progress, address functional gaps, and validate prototypes and interim versions.
• Testing & Validation – Design and execute functional test plans, coordinate user testing, track and resolve defects, and approve results before go-live.
• User Training & Support – Create training materials, promote adoption, set up support channels, and gather feedback to improve usability.
