• Capturing explicit and implicit requirements and defining appropriate solutions, in combination with users, sponsors and the wider Technology department;
• Analysing systems and user impact in partnership with engineers and business stakeholders

• Communicating ideas, views, and concerns effectively and respectfully and actively participates in exchanges of ideas with others
• Ability to develop effective networks by seeking out opportunities for collaboration

Your responsibilities

As a proactive and collaborative member of the ICE product team, you’ll play a key role in shaping and improving our technology landscape. You’ll be responsible for analyzing systems, data, and interfaces, translating user needs into clear functional requirements, and supporting the development team with well-documented tickets and process models. Working closely with the product owner, developers, and stakeholders, you’ll contribute to efficient, user-focused solutions. You’ll also take part in knowledge sharing, presentations, and continuous improvement of analytical practices.
