at least 6 years of experience in technical sales with a proven track record, ideally in the automotive, construction or agricultural machinery market, most preferable experience in sales of hydraulic products, Bachelor’s degree in engineering or economics, very good English language skills, very good German language skills, flexibility with regards to travel (35-40%, mainly within Europe), focus on customer service, goal-oriented mindset combined with perseverance and a great desire to meet the sales targets, professional and convincing communication skills, experience with MS Office, preferably also with SAP and Salesforce, ability to work independently
