✅ 3 – 5 years in B2B sales of industrial equipment, control systems, drive solutions, ideally in Automotive or manufacturing sectors, ✅ Strong English and Polish (technical and business level, both spoken and written), ✅ Technical higher education or equivalent professional experience demonstrating deep industry knowledge, ✅ Proven track record independently developing and presenting technical solutions to industrial clients, ✅ You excel both collaboratively and independently, adapt to global team dynamics, and are open to cross-functional collaboration, ✅ Market fluency: understanding of industry challenges, investment priorities, and decision-making processes, ✅ Relationship-building excellence: experience engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-level., ✅ Customer-centric mindset: skill in identifying needs, responding with tailored solutions, and maintaining highest professional standards, ✅Openness to innovation: enthusiasm for exploring future-focused solutions with customers, particularly in digitalization and Industry 4.0, ✅ Valid driving license (category B) and readiness for frequent business travel across Poland (in the Katowice area), ✅Digital proficiency: MS Office and CRM systems
