Bachelor's degree in Accounting required (CPA or equivalent preferred), 3-5 years of progressive experience in International Accounting required, Fluent English, written and verbal, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Experience working with ERP systems required, Experience with Workday ERP and Alteryx (preferred but not required), Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Comfortable operating in a global, collaborative environment, Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving, Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and handle sensitive information with discretion
