Educational Level: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field., Professional Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience on managerial position, Advanced command of English language, Experience in a multi-national environment/Shared Service Organizations, Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable principles, processes and best practices., Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Accounts Receivable software., Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team., Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders., Project management experience preferred.
