Strong knowledge of balance sheet and P&L accounting., Hands-on experience with reconciliations, variance analysis, and month-end close., Previous experience in SSC or high-volume transaction environments (insurance, fintech, retail preferred)., Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Workday preferred)., Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset., Leadership experience or readiness to step into a team management role.
