8+ years of relevant actuarial experience., Strong insurance-sector experience is essential (life/non-life, pricing/reserving/capital/reporting - any mix accepted)., Proven track record delivering actuarial change/transformation programmes and/or data governance initiatives., Solid understanding of actuarial models, finance systems interfaces, and data quality/control concepts., Hands-on experience with ETL/data transformation using Python and SQL (VBA/Power BI as strong plus)., Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks) and enterprise actuarial tooling; modelling platform exposure is an advantage., Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to structure complex problems into actionable workstreams., Confident working in project environments with multiple stakeholders; able to challenge constructively and drive decisions., Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken), able to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences., Proactive, adaptable and collaborative; comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
