Our client, a fast-growing organization in the professional services sector, is embarking on a journey to professionalize and elevate its agile practices. To effectively support this transformation, we are looking for an experienced Agile SAFe Coach who will help teams, leaders, and the wider organization reach a higher level of agile maturity.ResponsibilitiesSupport the organization in building and enhancing agile processes in line with SAFe principles.Deliver workshops, trainings, and coaching sessions for teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and senior leadership.Assess the current state of agile maturity and recommend further development paths.Co-create and implement best practices, process improvements, and work standards.Mentor teams on agile ways of working, workflow optimization, planning, and inspection of outcomes.Actively support the agile transformation across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.RequirementsMinimum 5–7 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or in a similar role within large-scale environments.Strong understanding and hands-on experience in implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).Ability to work effectively with operational teams as well as leaders and stakeholders at a strategic level.Proven experience in delivering trainings, workshops, and mentoring programs.Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build trust, inspire, and lead organizational change.English proficiency at C1 level – ability to communicate fluently in an international environment.Availability for a 3–6 month contract.What We OfferPersonal development and career advancement opportunitiesA vibrant, innovative, value-based, international work environmentPrivate medical careCo-financing of the sports card
