We build solutions based on LLMs, RAG systems and AI automation, integrating them into our clients’ environments in a thoughtful, stable, and production-ready way. We are looking for an AI Engineer who feels confident working end-to-end: designing architecture, implementing solutions, and bringing them all the way to deployment. You’ll join an experienced engineering team that supports each other while maintaining a high level of autonomy and ownership.Responsibilities Building and deploying RAG systems (various domains: e-commerce, finance, operations). Working with LLMs: finetuning, prompt engineering, architecture design, integrations. Creating and expanding APIs, pipelines, automations, and surrounding AI processes. Using n8n for automations where it makes sense. Designing solutions end-to-end: from presales (together with the team), through architecture, to deployment. Participating in projects involving vision, classical ML, or predictive maintenance when required. 10–20% research — depending on the project. Delivery comes first. Requirements Production-level Python (PEP8, clean architecture, maintainable code). At least one commercially deployed AI/ML project (no course projects). Strong knowledge of: - LLMs- RAG- HuggingFace / PyTorch (or TensorFlow) Ability to build end-to-end applications: API, pipeline, monitoring, validation. Basic MLOps knowledge (Docker, logging, basic automation, clean environments). Proficiency in at least one cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and willingness to learn others when needed. Ability to communicate with clients at a normal, technical, no-nonsense level.Nice to have: Experience with vision computing or classical ML. Knowledge of vector DBs (Weaviate, Qdrant, Pinecone). MLflow / Airflow / DVC / wandb. Any level of CI/CD experience.This role is for you if: You can solve problems independently. You don't need a full specification to move forward.
