Are you an experienced AI Project Manager with a strong background in project governance, cross-functional coordination, and portfolio structuring?emagine has an opportunity for you to drive operational excellence and compliance across a global portfolio of AI initiatives with a fast-scaling, innovation-focused team.Key Tasks & DeliverablesCoordinate governance stages (SIP Review, Technical Review, Contractualization) for AI projects.Facilitate alignment across Cybersecurity, Legal, Procurement, and Engineering teams.Track milestones, risks, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.Support onboarding and execution of AI initiatives from intake to delivery.Act as the operational right hand to Product Managers, managing documentation and coordination.Define and standardize templates, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.Support portfolio structuring, governance principles, and reporting cycles.Drive continuous improvement and process documentation across the AI team.Skills & Experience5–7 years in project management, ideally in digital transformation, AI, or innovation.Proven experience with cross-functional technical projects and vendor coordination.Familiarity with governance frameworks (e.g., SIP, Technical Review).Strong portfolio reporting and PMO experience.Excellent stakeholder collaboration and analytical skills.Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented with a process mindset.Understanding of AI tools and enterprise deployment lifecycles.Fluent in English; French, Italian, or Spanish are a plus.Value PropositionJoin a collaborative, startup-like AI team within a global science-driven enterprise.
