The roleWe're looking for an AI Tech Lead with strong Python and LLM expertise to guide the technical direction of our AI projects while staying actively involved in coding and system design. If you enjoy shaping solutions end-to-end, making key engineering decisions, mentoring others, and working directly with clients- you’ll feel at home here.What you’ll do Lead technical design and implementation of AI-driven systems and features Build and improve LLM-based pipelines for data extraction, reasoning, and analysis Design and orchestrate AI agents handling multi-step, tool-enabled workflows Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, embedding workflows, and vector search setups Participate in client meetings to translate needs into actionable technical plans Establish best practices for model evaluation, monitoring, and lifecycle tracking Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders Mentor team members and unblock technical challenges What we’re looking for 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related fields Hands-on experience with LLMs in production systems Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, or agent-based LLM systems Solid Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, FastAPI, etc.) Experience deploying models or pipelines in production (APIs, batch jobs, workflow orchestration) Strong communication skills, your input will directly shape solutions and architecture Comfortable in a bilingual environment (Polish B2+, English B2+) Bonus: Computer Vision What we offer 27 000–35 000 PLN net + VAT monthly (B2B) 20/26 paid vacation days 🌴 100% remote work and flexible hours Private medical care, life insurance, and Multisport Referral bonuses MacBook (or other equipment of your choice) A portfolio of meaningful, challenging AI projects- we only take on the ones we believe in 😊
