DevAbundance is partnering with a leading fintech brand to find a skilled Application and IT Systems Administrator to join their infrastructure team. This is a hybrid position (2 days remote, 3 days from the office in Warsaw) with a start date as soon as the candidate successfully completes the interview process.Employment Contract (UoP): 9,000 - 13,000 PLN gross. Key Responsibilities: Manage, monitor, and maintain the core system Support the automation of operational processes using Ansible, Terraform, and scripting languages in a Linux environmentCreate alerts and dashboards in monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk) for proactive problem detectionSupport the implementation and testing of new solutions to improve application stabilityParticipate in incident response, conduct post-mortem analyses, and implement improvementsPerform night and weekend on-call duties according to the schedule (remote on-call)Candidate Profile:Solid experience in application administration within a Linux environmentWorking knowledge of a selected Linux distribution and shell tools (Bash)Experience configuring and maintaining application and database serversKnowledge of SQL and experience working with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)Ability to analyze logs, resolve application issues, and optimize performanceBasic knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with payment systems or in the fintech sector is a plusExposure to automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab) is beneficialFamiliarity with Cloud platforms (GCP, Azure or AWS) and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana) is highly valuedInterview Process:Phone screening: 20 minute get to know you for you to learn about the project1st office (Warsaw) interview: 1 hour with future manager and HR specialist2nd office (Warsaw) interview: 1 hour with infrastructure and HR leaders If you are a passionate Administrator eager to contribute to a secure financial platform and grow within a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
