We are looking for Application Development Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise software applications, leading a geographically distributed team of developers. This position involves coordinating development efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and maintaining high standards of code quality and system performance, as well as facilitate Agile best practices, manage project timelines, resolve technical and operational issues, and foster collaboration between cross functional teams. Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor a global team of application developersOversee and participate in development, maintenance, and support of complex application solutionsEnsure team adherence to SDLC, change management, and audit compliance processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutionsDrive continuous improvement in application performance, reliability, security, and user experienceDrive continuous improvement of development processes and proceduresManage workload distribution, performance reviews, and career development for direct reportsDrive Agile best practices and standards across multiple application development projectsProvide functional supervision of development and quality assurance staff Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
