Educated in an engineering subject to degree level, 3+ years’ experience in automated assembly environments, Familiarity with 6 Sigma, LEAN manufacturing methodologies, and Industry 4.0 technologies, including BI and SPC tools, Experience in programming electro-mechanical control systems, Experience in sequencing software and control systems, Proven ability to develop new assembly processes and to transfer the processes to manufacturing, Able to conceptualize assembly and automation methods and to understand interactions between components, processes and product performance, Ability to read automatic, pneumatic and electrical diagrams, Very good spoken and written English, Able to deploy numerical, experimental and statistical problem-solving abilities
