Responsibilities Define and maintain enterprise data architecture aligned with business strategy. Establish and enforce data governance, standards, and quality frameworks. Design scalable conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Select and design data platforms and database technologies (cloud, relational, NoSQL, Big Data). Oversee data integration, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data flows across systems. Ensure data quality, security, performance, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and document current and target data states. Apply architecture patterns for data lakes, MDM, and advanced analytics solutions. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and knowledge sharing across data teams. Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies to improve data capabilities. Requirements 6+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, including a Data Architect or similar role. Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and data management principles. Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data warehousing, and Big Data platforms. Experience designing data integration solutions and ETL/ELT pipelines. Familiarity with cloud data platforms, particularly Azure (Synapse, ADF, Data Lake). Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and security/privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR). Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, PySpark, R, or Scala. Ability to translate business needs into technical data solutions. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Experience with CI/CD automation for data platforms. Exposure to GenAI use cases in data engineering or analytics.
