Opis stanowiska

What you will do

As a B2B CRM Strategist, you will design data-driven strategies that elevate customer engagement and deliver measurable impact for Client’s B2B channel. You will work with Client’s team to ensure the strategies are deployed and activated at market level and work with performance reporting for further optimization. Your focus will be refinement of lifecycle programs, tailored to buying groups, ensuring best-in-class communications across global journeys. We will be also working leveraging the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) methodology to ensure building even stronger relationships. 

You will:

  • Develop CRM strategies and overarching messaging for acquisition, onboarding, retention, and loyalty, leveraging insights and MarTech solutions.
  • Design customer journeys across touchpoints, aligning with global campaign frameworks and optimizing for personalization.
  • Conduct content mapping to journeys developed and advise on new content to be developed for future campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (data, creative, tech) to deliver integrated solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Generate actionable insights from data and performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • Develop best practices & support global, local teams in delivering the best-in-class CRM experience.

Requirements

As a B2B CRM Strategist you will be a part of our team working for one of our clients. You will have an opportunity to turn your ideas into tangible journeys deployed across several markets. As a result, we’re looking for an experienced candidate with the following feats: 

  • Experience: 3+ years in CRM strategy or marketing consultancy, with proven success in B2B environments.
  • Strategic expertise: deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and personalization.
  • ABM knowledge: understanding of design & execution principles for account-based marketing programs.
  • Technical fluency: ability to embed Strategies we build within Client’s context & tech stack + advisory how tech can reshape their marketing capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to work with data analyst teams but also interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Collaboration skills: Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a global setting.
  • Communication: Strong presentation and storytelling skills to influence decision-makers.
  • Language: Fluency in English (C1).

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: 

  • Past or present exposure to Salesforce CRM Stack.
  • Exposure to AI-driven tools leveraged in marketing to drive personalization.
  • Practical, hands-on experience in areas such as prompt engineering to make your work more seamless.
  • Broader ABM experience, fluency in creating frameworks for 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many communications targeting high-value accounts.
