Flat structure.We are looking for a  a self-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities to our existing clients and run lead-generation campaigns that will drive our business growth.Your Responsibilities:  own and execute B2B marketing strategy aligned with business and growth objectives (lead generation) collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and external partners on joint go-to-market and co-marketing initiatives plan, launch, and optimize lead-generation campaigns with partners (explore new partnership opportunities) manage multi-channel campaigns across digital channels (Search, Social, vendor portals) and content formats (webinars, reports, co-marketing assets) participate in meetings with clients and partners to identify and develop collaboration opportunities If you are someone who: has 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing (experience marketing or selling software/services is a strong plus) feels comfortable working with data and performance metrics has hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) demonstrates a very good command of English (C1+) enjoys taking ownership of brand perception and marketing initiatives end-to-end combines strong execution skills with strategic thinking has practical experience with inbound and demand generation campaigns What We Offer Competitive base salary (10,000–15,000 zł net B2B) with a performance-based bonus structure that rewards your results remote-first work or office-based options in Cracow or Warsaw — you choose flexible working hours — you decide when you work best a highly organized environment: clear processes, no unexpected calls, no ad-hoc chaos, no missing project statuses Multisport card and private medical care  excellent software and hardware (iPhones, MacBooks) opportunity to work with global clients like Strava, Docplanner, Infermedica conference and training budget for your professional growth  Recruitment ProcessJoin our team at 6Minded and be part of an exciting journey.During the recruitment process, you can expect: Online conversation with our recruiter, Kasia — she will tell you more about the company and the role, and ask about your experience and expectations A recruitment task A meeting with team members, where we’ll get to know you better and dive deeper into the responsibilities and working environment
