Our platform supports companies by simplifying office usage, parking management, and employee experience. We work primarily with international clients across the UK, Australia, and DACH markets, and we’re growing fast.To support our expansion, we’re looking for a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales Specialist who wants real ownership, direct impact, and the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.The RoleAs an B2B Sales Specialist at Parkalot, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from the first demo call to closing the deal and supporting customers post-sale. You’ll work exclusively with 100% inbound leads, report directly to the CEO, and play a key role in shaping our sales processes and future team.Responsibilities Conduct the full end-to-end sales process: demo calls, trial periods, negotiations, and closing Manage and nurture inbound leads from international markets Provide ongoing support and relationship management for current customers Take full ownership of the CRM system (Livespace) and ensure accurate pipeline management Collaborate closely with the CEO on sales strategy and performance Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts Requirements Proven track record of closed deals (clearly demonstrated in your CV) Experience managing the full sales cycle independently C1 English proficiency (spoken and written) Strong communication and presentation skills High level of ownership, accountability, and self-organization Experience working with CRM systems (Livespace is a plus, but not required) What We Offer Hybrid work environment (not a 100% remote position) Competitive base salary + commission from every deal closed Luxmed or Multisport benefits Opportunity to work with international clients (UK, Australia, DACH) 100% inbound leads — no cold outreach Direct reporting line to the CEO with real influence on sales strategy Long-term opportunity to build and lead your own sales team as the company scales Stages of the recruitment process: Phone call Online call conducted through Google Meets A short task which takes you <30 minutes Finalising the terms of cooperation
