What you will do

• Configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise backup systems (Rubrik, NetBackup, Backup Exec, Veeam) as well as storage arrays (Dell EMC VNX, Unity, PowerMax; NetApp).
• Design scalable storage architectures supporting virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Monitor performance, capacity, and utilization to ensure optimal system operation.
• Ensure data protection, replication, and compliance with retention policies.
• Troubleshoot storage-related issues and collaborate with system and network teams.
• Automate provisioning and monitoring using scripting tools like PowerShell or Python.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing enterprise backup and storage systems (minimum 3+ years).
• Hands-on expertise with storage, backup, and cloud technologies: AWS (S3, FS, EBS), Azure Storage and Recovery Services vault.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
