We are looking for a BI Analyst for our client – a leader in industrial automation and IT solutions.This is a 6-month project focused on developing analytical solutions that support data-driven business decision-making. The role covers the full end-to-end process – from business requirements analysis and data modeling, through architecture design, to creating reports and dashboards in Power BI.Key responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions Design and implement data models supporting reporting and analytical processes Develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards with focus on performance, quality, and usability Collaborate with business and technical teams on data architecture design Identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities based on data analysis Ensure data integrity and consistency across BI environments Ideal candidate profile Proven experience with Power BI  Knowledge of data modeling and basic ETL concepts Strong analytical mindset and ability to solve complex business problems Understanding of data architecture principles and best practices in analytics Good command of SQL; experience with Azure is a plus English proficiency at B2 level or higher Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work Conditions Project duration: 6 months Contract type: B2B Rate: 130–150 PLN net/h (negotiable) Work model: 100% remote Benefits: private medical care, life insurance, Multisport card Recruitment steps Phone interview with a recruiter (20–30 minutes) Technical interview with the client Feedback and final decision
