This role demands a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving. Ideal candidates should have around 4-6 years of experience in the field, with the ability to work with complex information and systems.Main Responsibilities: Ensure all invoices are accurate and reflect service consumption and contractual terms. Craft clear, understandable invoice narratives from the customer's perspective. Develop an in-depth understanding of intricate systems related to service consumption calculations. Prepare and dispatch timely invoices based on current operational agreements. Provide informative support to customers regarding invoicing queries and payment issues. Address and resolve invoice-related complaints professionally. Participate actively in the development of enhanced billing tools and systems. Suggest and implement process improvements to streamline operations. Key Requirements: At least 4 years of professionall experience. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. Expert knowledge of Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn and work with complex information and systems quickly. Customer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving capabilities. Professional handling of complaints and challenging situations. Team player willing to improve processes and systems. Detail-oriented, empathetic, and solution-driven individual. Nice to Have: Proficiency in a Scandinavian language. Experience with billing and ERP systems like OPUS. Experience working with Scandinavian clients.
