YOUR MISSION

Join us as a Data Analyst and become a key member of Glovo's local Ops team! You'll play a crucial role in leveraging data to optimize our partner ecosystem, driving efficiency and improving overall performance. We offer a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.

THE JOURNEY

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points within partner operations, focusing on metrics like preparation time, acceptance time, waiting time, and customer ratings.

• Generate actionable insights from complex datasets to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements for our partners.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics related to partners operational performance.

• Identify and communicate important insights to relevant stakeholders, influencing changes that enhance partner efficiency and satisfaction.

• Utilize data to support the establishment of excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners, demonstrating data-backed value and building engagement.
