- Translate business and user needs into intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences.
- Support teams to define long-term visions, strategies & new business models that address today’s business needs and future growth (with key focus on Sales, Marketing, Customer Analytics & Service).
- Identify & assess digital solutions & applications required to achieve strategic goals & capture new opportunities.
- Assess the business case for new strategic & investment opportunities.
- Design new business and operating models to deliver strategic change and improve organization agility.
- Manage Experience Strategy Analysts which are part of project delivery team and assign responsibilities on data gathering activities, financial modeling, interviews, research, presentations and others.
- Build and optimize propensity models to predict customer behaviors and improve targeting strategies.
- Develop automated dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time insights for stakeholders.
- Conduct post-activity evaluation and performance analysis to measure impact and refine future campaigns.
- Interact with client teams to conduct interviews, discuss findings and recommendations.
- Contribute to the business development process by participating in sales meetings, assist/lead proposal development efforts and delivering client presentations.
- Support the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, and business development tools.
