Business Analyst

Business Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing large amounts of data to enable visualization, insights, and data-driven decision-making within the Global - Executive Reporting team.

Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities

• Implementation and management KPIs to deliver related insights, seeking to drive significant impact and value enabled through data-driven decisions across the business.
• Ensure our data is accurate and up-to-date, serving as a reliable source of truth.
• Improve the data availability by acting as a Subject Matter Expert between cross functional teams.
• Support and collaborate with development and application delivery teams to create insightful reports and dashboards for all business levels.
• Partner with experts across departments to support effective reporting and assist with testing for updates/improvements to existing business systems.
• Develop and create reference materials and methods for mapping, monitoring and reporting data incidents.
• Actively promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries, and break down functional silos to drive measurable business results.
• Maintain confidentiality.
