We are seeking a passionate and detail-driven R&D Intern – Product Design to support our Sweet and Flavoured Creams team.
In the Sweet and Flavoured Creams team, you will focus on the effect of sweeteners/sugars in our Sweetened creams (dairy alternatives and/or blended creams). The aim of this project is to create better understanding of the effect of a range of sweeteners/sugars in creams. You will evaluate recipes, produce samples on pilot scale, and characterise key attributes like product stability, taste and performance. As intern, you will be responsible for designing and executing experiments and leading team tastings with your samples. You will analyse the experimental data and interpret the results, which will be showcased in detailed reports and presentations to discuss your findings and recommendations. Location: Wageningen, Netherlands Hybrid: 4 days in office per week Start date: March 2026 Duration: 6 months
