About the role

Are you ready to make plant-based products taste amazing? Join us as a proactive and explorative R&D Intern (Product design plant-based creams) in our Creams team and help shape the future of sustainable food!

Your mission: reduce off-notes in plant-based cooking creams—a challenge that directly supports our goal of making the switch to plant-based easier and more delicious.

In this role you will:

• Dive into research: Review what’s been done and design your own plan.
• Experiment hands-on: Run trials in the lab and pilot plant.
• Collaborate with experts: Work with passionate teams across the company.
• Lead tasting sessions: Evaluate your creations and gather feedback.
• Learn the process: Gain deep insights into cream alternatives and flavour science.
• Team up on a side project: Share ideas and innovate with other interns.
• Showcase your impact: Present your findings and recommendations. Location: Wageningen, Netherlands

Hybrid: 3-4 days per week in the office
