🌍Work mode: remote.💰Rate: 130 - 150 PLN/h on B2B.⏰Start: ASAP/ 1 msc.⏳Project length: 6 months + extensions.📕Project language: English.⚙️Industry: AdTech.💻Workload: Full time.Main Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the CPO, Business Architect, and stakeholders to document the business vision.Lead requirements elicitation sessions to define functional and non-functional specifications.Convert high-level epics into detailed User Stories complete with Acceptance Criteria.Maintain critical documentation like process flows and business rules in Confluence.Manage the product backlog in Jira to ensure prioritization and grooming.Act as the liaison for Scrum teams to clarify requirements and ensure smooth operations during sprints.Key Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex software development.Proven Agile/Scrum expertise.Mastery in requirements elicitation and User Story creation.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in the Ad Tech, E-commerce or Digital industry.Experience with SaaS and multi-tenant platforms.Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.Nice to have:Understanding of API-first and microservices architectures.
