Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of: Business AnalystPoznań, Poland Your responsibilities:As a Business Analyst for language quality, you will:Develop and manage end-to-end processes that enhance content quality, strengthen corporate identity, and ensure consistency, contributing to an outstanding user experience for our customers.Drive effective development and usage of common terminology across the enterprise; define and execute efficient processes, manage terminology requests and perform terminology researchManage and optimize key language resources, especially terminology databases and translation memoriesMonitor, measure and evaluate language quality, implementing process improvements as neededConduct research and propose enhancements to both source and translation quality, ensuring that quality considerations are seamlessly integrated into new workflows, including those driven by Machine Translation and AI technologiesSupport the implementation and optimization of authoring assistance and translation solutionsProactively identify needs and opportunities, collaborating with global and cross-functional business and IT teams on key initiativesConsult, train and support internal and external stakeholders around the world on quality-related topics and promote the effective usage of tools and best practicesOur requirements:University degree in translation, communication, language technology or equivalent or convincing professional experience2+ years of experience in similar roleEnglish C1 both written and spokenUnderstanding of translation processes, linguistic asset management and data analyticsAbility to plan and manage processes and projectsCollaboration, conflict resolution skills and solution-oriented attitudeNice to have:Strong interest in innovative, technology-driven approaches, with a particular emphasis on AI-driven workflows, ideally showcasing some practical experience in this areaKnowledge of Polish, German or other languages What we offer:Employment contract.
