Business Analyst (AI / ML)Hybrid work from Warsaw or CracowB2B via ExperisB2B rate: 140 - 150 PLN netto+VAT/hFull-time  Responsibilities:·       Analyze and map business processes using BPMN or equivalent methods to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.·       Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and technical documentation.·       Work with data sources using SQL and basic data exploration techniques to support AI solution development.·       Evaluate and implement AI/ML solutions on platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or ML Studio.·       Ensure AI solutions align with real business needs and deliver measurable value. Requirements:·       Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including classification, NLP, and predictive modeling.·       Hands-on experience with AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, ML Studio or similar).·       Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.·       Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders in remote or distributed teams.·       Very good command of both English and Polish; willingness to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw or Kraków. We offer:·       B2B contract via Experis·       Hybrid work from Warsaw or Cracow·       Medicover·       Multisport·       e-learning platform·       Group insurance
