A degree in Finance or a related discipline, Between 3 – 5 years of finance experience in the manufacturing industry., Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes, including month-end closing and forecasting., Advanced SAP and Excel skills and hands-on experience with reporting tools (IBM preferred)., Excellent analytical skills combined with effective communication methods., High attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as in multicultural teams., Initiative and confidence to manage complex reporting processes.
