5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry (P&C, life, health, or reinsurance), Strong knowledge of insurance products, policy management, claims, and underwriting processes, Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), Experience with JIRA and Confluence for backlog management and documentation, Ability to read and understand API documentation (Postman) and work with developers on integrations, Excellent communication skills in English (German or French - good to have), Strong analytical mindset and experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
