In addition to client services, we build our own SaaS products:AdonATS and Valid Labels – awards winning solutions build in a startup way ready to scale.We are at a stage where sales matter and we’re looking for someone who wants real ownership and impact.About the roleWe’re looking for a Business Developer with a strong hunter mindset who wants real ownership over pipeline and revenue - not just follow a predefined script.You’ll work across AI & ML services and our own SaaS products (AdonATS and Valid Labels), with full freedom to build outbound, open doors, and close deals - backed by team, solid delivery, and existing sales. Most of your pipeline will come from your own outbound efforts.If you’re driven by results, autonomy, and commission tied directly to what you close, this role gives you room to perform and grow.Your responsibilitiesBuild and execute outbound sales activities (email, LinkedIn, other channels).Generate and qualify leads independently (with some inbound support).Manage a structured sales pipeline across services and SaaS products.Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Conduct product demos and sales calls with founders’ or team support when needed.Maintain ownership of accounts post- sales, ensure successful onboarding and drive long-term client satisfaction.Work closely with delivery and product teams to align sales promises with execution.Maintain accurate CRM data and clear follow-ups.Provide regular updates on pipeline, activities, and market feedback.Help shape sales messaging, ICPs, and outreach strategies as we grow.What we’re looking for1+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development (SaaS and/or software services).Strong outbound skills and a proactive, “hunter” mindset.Comfort working across different offerings (services + products).Self-starter with a strong hunter mindset, comfortable generating most leads independently.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Very good English (spoken and written).Nice to haveExperience with AI, ML, SaaS, or software development sales.Familiarity with legal, compliance, HRTech, or regulated industries.Experience with CRM tools and outbound platforms.What we offerReal ownership and influence on how sales is done.A mix of interesting technologies and real-world business problems.Three different sales tracks = more opportunities to close and earn commission.High commission structure on top of a stable base.Remote-first setup with flexibility.Fast decision-making, short feedback loops, and no corporate politics.Our mindsetWe value a “can-do” attitude.
