At least 5 years of experience in sales (IT solutions, software, or technology consulting preferred), Strong ability to identify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals, Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, Ability to effectively position solutions in a competitive market, Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and sales plans, Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Fluency in Polish and English – both written and spoken, Residing in Poland required, Knowledge of Atlassian tools is a plus, but not required – we’ll teach you what you need to know
